I actually heard a rumor (I think it was from koso, but I don't want to set this in stone) that we may be upgrading soon.

I was just wondering why IPB why not VB

I don't think I'm qualified to answer that question, so I will leave it up to someone who knows more than I do.

IPB=No Longer Free, but VB=Restarting Board AGAIN

It will probably cost to upgrade IPB now, so that might be something to consider. However, I don't know what Koso is planning.

My suggestions:
Move the rules forum up to the top category so people see it before gc

Remove the gfx tesing forum if people want to test something they may aswell do it in random discusiion or have a look at it next time they post.
