ZeldaPower on iPhone
Note: this article also applies to iPod touch
If you have an iPhone, you might experience the ZeldaPower Forums as slow. Especially text input lags considerably, which makes it a downright pain to post. I have found a simple solution for this. Fortunately for us mobile users, ZeldaPower knows on-the-fly theme switching. All you have to do is switch to the Default skin, and all will be fine. The switcher can be found in the lower left corner of the main ZeldaPower Forums page, as seen in the screenies below.
Afterwards, ZP will be much more responsive. If you don't like the default style, you can easily switch back to your favorite skin when you're at a desktop computer.
Update: for typing posts, I reccomend holding the iPhone in the horizontal position. This types easier and faster, since you can effectively use two tumbs.

Re: ZeldaPower on iPhone
Nice troubleshooting. Thanks, Gizmo
Maybe we could make an iPhone-centric forum skin in the future.

The PSP works perfectly fine on the vBulletin skin, I suppose this article applies just as well to the PSP.

Re: ZeldaPower on iPhone
The difference with PSP is that you insert text from within the PSP interface. It opens up a completely new window that is optimized for the PSP hardware.
iPhone opens up a keyboard in addition to the page and all the icons. That's probably what slows it down.

Re: ZeldaPower on iPhone
It's like asking someone, "Hey, what ever happened to your sister?" and then beheading them before they can answer.

Re: ZeldaPower on iPhone
It is not the best phone in terms of capabilities, but it is in terms of user interface. It's just a joy to use, day in day out. You can't say that about a lot of phones.

I can definitely say that about my phone I'd definitely enjoy the iPhone interface (and media features) more though.

Re: ZeldaPower on iPhone
I'm happy with my Slivr.
It has Itunes, though I haven't figured out how to put music on it yet.
