I just started it today, and this is my first game to use the Wii Motion Plus. Hopefully the control scheme grows on me. The sword controls are fun, while the shield leaves some to be desired. Air control (flying on the bird or freefalling) is ass. I'm constantly recalibrating because I randomly start flying in a circle with no controls.

The only thing I remember from this battle was running up a slope, and then run down it, and then run up again, and run down, and.....etc....

Horizontal Skyward Strikes are the pro way to shave down groupings of grass clumps.

That feel when you try to make a horizontal cut but make a stab instead.

I swear this is the exact opposite of TP where I was never doing stabs except at Ganon.

It is pretty easy to make the wrong kind of slice if you move the remote too quickly, which is generally okay, except that it makes electrified swords a bit too harsh of a punishment for making those mistakes.

I did the second dungeon while babysitting 3 kids, all under the age of 9, so all of them were asking random questions when I got to the boss, like "who's that creepy guy with the white hair and poncho?", "is that the bad guy?" and "why is the rock trying to kill you?". I was thrilled when I finished the 2nd dungeon.

Because rocks are bad people, avoid them at all costs. They are dastardly and devious creatures with an appetite for human flesh.
