I think we've pretty much got the story covered. It's all planned out, and we have the scriptwriting jobs allocated. But if you've got some other way you can help, such as model design and so on, I'm sure you'd be accepted without a problem.

I've got some 3D software...I've never really seriously thought about it, but ya', I guess i could help u guys out a bit.

Well, vgamer, the biggest problem right now is...the project has been shut down since Nintendo has decided to be a bunch of idiots and go on a crusade to shut down all fan games and fan game sites...We are trying to decide what we are going to do now...

I had to make a decision and I did I even called those basterds up and this nerdy basterd tells me theres no way to gain permission because we arent a company! I even ask for an email for maybe just a quote from him and he just talks about legal [MaLink] to me.

Again im sorry I coulden't risk it the consequences are too great we werent some small 2D fan game we were developing a VERY LARGE 3D game.

I say just continue making the game and forget what nintendo says. I just released a DX version of Tingle Tactics on several sites. I even said it to their faces that I made a zelda fan game and just released it. I don't think Nintendo is going to sue anybody for making zelda fan games since they are free. If they could then they would have done it already instead of just shutting down websites. Most of the sites they had shut down are back up anyway with the fan games still on their sites. I would just continue since you've gotten so far on it and forget what nintendo says. Tell them you'll sue them if they shut your site down .

Besides, I am surprised that Nintendo doesn't see this as free advertising. Zach, as far as I am concerned, keep making it. So long as we don't sell it to make a profit, then we are in the clear.

Sorry but we aren't doing it. It's just too risky, and illegal. And contrary to what I have read people saying, Nintendo CAN shut down fangames, even if the games aren't made for profit.

We still are making a game, hopefully. If everything goes well... But it will be completely original.

No. We are making a different game now.

Yep. It's been dead for a long time. We were trying to make an MMORPG, but we never got anywhere. We've decided to start out smaller, and I think we'll actually get something done now.
