Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
Thanks for saying something before hand, Mike.
They really need to make more amazing games for the Wii, but the motion censors limit that. The only games so far that I've loved for it are Mario Kart, Zelda, and SSBB. But I want adventuuuure and actiooon games, not games based on Dora! D: HERE THIS NINTENDO?! I'M RANTING AT YOU, MAKE ME AN AWESOME GAME NAO KTHXBAI.

I don't think they heard you, maybe you should type it louder. :p
I'm still considering RE4, I need to get Bioshock and I only have $2 cash, and $20 in check form.

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
I got Bioshock for five bucks...last year, I guess? On Steam's holiday sale thing. They had some good deals this year too, but like crap I've got the cash to take 'em up on their offers.
RE4 is what got me into the Resident Evil games. I enjoy the other ones, but I can't get my family to acquaint themselves with the controls -- they're too used to RE4. Of course, I doubt they're trying very hard.
If I could, I'd like to get NSMB, but that's just because I'm a Mario fanboy, eh? (And Yoshi!)

Temp jobs. Nothing permanent. Holiday season additional staff. Means once the season is over, they kick you right out the door.

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
Well, I'm sick right now, so can't do any job searching this week. And I won't be having any time off of my school work, because this district decided that I needed another years worth of math (in addition to all of that other stuff I've gotta make up for being absent). I will have no time to look for work, unless it's part of my assigned course.

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
Well math is important.
I got a bunch of achievments in TF2 lately. Mostly with pyro I think. I found the flare gun and it's awesome. Now I can light people on fire from a distance. But I want scout achievements. I have 8 right now andI need 10 so I can get scout milestone 1 and hopefully get the Force-A-Nature. I've done a 1000 double jumps with the scout but I don't think it gave me the achievement. Maybe it did; I'm not sure.
Edit: You guys are killin me.
Anyway.... I'm quite confused with the borland compiler. I got V5.5 and when I installed that junks, it just dumped a bunch of files where I installed it. There are a bunch of .exe's in it, but, y'know, I don't know what they'll do when I run'm so... I'm just not doin anything with it right now.
Edit2: Srsly. Bustin mah chops.
Anyway. I can't decide who to go for in the Soldier vs Demoman war. I was for Demoman, cuz that's who I play as more, but I want the soldier to win cuz he is more American. I think I'm gonna go for the soldier.
Edit3: Ignore the other edits. 15 days? Cmon.
I am the TPC right now. Can't wait till the new Wii Zelda approaches release, then maybe some activity will come back to the area (not the TPC, but y'know, the new game).

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
My bad?
You know what I listen to. Admittedly, I did just blow a few hours listening to Weird Al and They Might Be Giants, in lieu of my usual dosage of Pink Floyd, but whatever.

You are on crack. I have never met anyone who disliked Weird Al.
What could you possibly have against him?

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
He's just really annoying. I don't think he deserves the hype he gets; he takes other peoples music and changes the words.
I also naturally tend to not be apart of things that everyone else is into at the time, the only exception being probably Pokemon. Pokemon was the bomb, well atleast before they expanded to have like 10 million new ones that I didn't/don't know.
I wasn't in the Yugioh, Dragonball Z, or..... Well, I'm sure there is somthing else, can't think of it.... Naruto maybe? See I don't know anything about it, but I've heard the name so maybe that's it.

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
Y'know, a lot of Weird Al's music is all original. Like, it could be a genre parody or something, but the music itself is original -- not all of his pieces are parodies.
Plus, I can't think of anyone who likes Weird Al because he's popular. I mean, I guess he's popular, but when's the last time you actually saw him getting news time?
You shouldn't not be into things just because they're popular -- I pick and choose what I like, popularity is never regarded. In fact, I didn't even realize how popular a lot of things I liked were until I became a fan.

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
Well it's not on purpose that I tend to not like things that are popular. I still do, I mean I liked Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, etc awesome movies.
Well, all I've heard are parodies. It's really annoying, like Fred.

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
Fred is annoying, yes. I can't see how you'd even put the two in the same breath, though. Fred is popular because he's a tard. Weird Al is popular because he uses clever lyrics to parody songs, genres, and ideas in general. If you ask me, it's got to be even harder to write the lyrics he does for a song that he can't change the melody for. What's particularly interesting is when he even uses forms of the lyrics from the original, with different placement/connotation. For example, have you ever listened to "Mmm mmm mm mm", then Weird Al's parody of it, "Headline News"? He uses some of the same lyrics, but in entirely different situations than the original.
Anyway I'm rambling now, probably because my brain is falling asleep, despite the fact that my body seems to be awake enough.

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
Well, If it's anything to him, I haven't heard much of him, so yes, my judgment isn't completely valid.
On the other note, tell your brain to wake up.

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
Well, I managed to stay awake 'til like, five the other day. So I'm pretty satisfied with that, especially because I slept in extra long as well. Hopefully I've got my schedule fixed, then.

Re: The Official Twilight Princess Community
Man, I have so much work to do, but I am disturbingly tired. I guess I'll do a block of it today, and make sure that I do way more tomorrow before I go and work my butt off.
