I'm a moderator on another forum, so I know better. I just hate bumping threads so mine gets more attention.

Anyways, I started school today, and during the damn lectures of how to behave in the class, what's expected, etc. etc., I doodled. I really want to try out Portal, after seeing some cool youtube links, and being sent Still Alive. GlaDOS is freakin' amazing. I found some concept art of her, and it looks like she has a humanoid appearance amidst the cables and whatever else. So I doodled that today, instead of paying attention in class.

That will and always happens alot.

A lot of people complain about how I do legs... that they're grasshopper legs. xP I guess it's just apart of my style, and I'm happy that it works well with robots~<3

"Who're yoouuu <3" made me laugh. Don't usually like looking at sketches/doodles and the like (I like more complete art, you know?), but... I don't know, maybe it's that sketches/doodles work well with robots? Or maybe you're just that awesome? But I really liked your doodle. Sketch. Whichever.

Also, thank you for showing your pokeymans while I was not around. When I rule the world, though, I will make it illegal to be awesome when not in my presence, so that I will never miss anything.

To me, a doodle/sketch [same thing in my book], takes about 30 minutes tops.. and then I shade if I'm bored or motivated.

Glad you liked the curiosity core~! :3 I saw a video of it and it was sooo cute and funny.

I understand what you mean about wanting to see complete work. I'm usually really anal about that, and hate showing my work until it's d-o-n-e. I don't want people seeing how I did it, rather, just to enjoy the piece as a whole. The only thing I like about sketches is how raw it is. The line marks are all scratchy and.. I dunno, that style appeals to me. >_> I'll probably do some mech/robot animations this year, just to develop my skills more~<3

And awesome-altimatum? D; You need that to rule the world with awesome-ness.

They are requests mind you, so I'm not obligated to do them. xP I probably will though, but be patient. I kinda just feel like doodling whatever's on my mind rather than hurrying to get requests done.

I can relate to not wanting others to see my work before it's finished. However, in my case, the work is writing, so...sometimes I don't even get a preference. (Turning in rough drafts, and such. Although, my roughs don't usually need much revising, if any.)

oh lawl. Drawing iiiis my life, but considering I have school, and a job immediately follows after, I really don't have any time to relax and have to myself.

oh, and I do homework during this time, really really crappy homework. :3

Okay I got one. Could you draw a picture of Alice ( From Alice in wonderland), the caterpillar from Alice in wonderland, and Mario. I want to see all three of them Chilling out next, or on top of the mushroom, smoking out of the Hookah. Maybe make them a little more Mature looking, Like an Older Alice, more... Athletic Mario, but the caterpillar can stay the same he owns already. And also maybe instead of the whole Bright color thing that these characters are from, make the colors a little darker.

Not so much that I dislike the idea, but I'm not a huge fan of Alice in Wonderland. ^^;
I probably will do some art with darker tones though, since I have to study color theory and whatnot. xP

What program do you use~?

I use Adobe Flash, and just export the image when I'm done with lineart. xD theeen I color and stuff in Photoshop. :3 I'm getting familiar with layers, so that helps as well with having a tablet.

Any vector program would work well actually, Flash has just been beautiful to me~<3

The only consideration I honestly make for Alice is the cheshire cat. Everything else in the story is just too odd for me. I totally dig the riddle-infested kitties you know 8D
