No on screen character will ever be as hot as George R.R Martin's characters, who are usually hyperbolicly attractive.

I remember thinking that Cersei and Daenerys weren't as gorgeous as they should be, but then they were fantastic in their roles and still pretty hot and I was happy.

Also, the Unsullied don't come around till book 3. I imagine they're just the soldiers of one of the Quarth houses.

Oh, right. I just blew through all 5 books in about 3 weeks so it's hard for me to keep track of the chronology of what happens in each specific book. It essentially feels like one big story.

Yeah, it's especially hard for all the Daenerys arcs because she's usually just sitting around in Roman esque environment interacting with 70 different groups.

Also, I just realized that the lady who's playing Melisandre was also the main villain in a movie called Black Death.

In that movie she was an atheist who used paganism to control a village. I didn't think she was the best actress in the world, but she was pretty good. Melisandre is a pretty similar role, she should do fine.

Oh my god are you kidding the actors playing Danaerys and the Lannister twins are drop dead gorg

Although you're right about GRRM being pretty hyperbolic, in pretty much all of his physical descriptions

(This is based off reading exactly one of the books, which is the first one)

Also Tom on the fat thing I remember reading the first scene with King Robert and it's like 'he must have weighed [some amount of] stone' so I looked up how much that is in real weight and I was like WHOA MARK ADDY WAS NOT 500 POUNDS
