This is not really a welcome unless you're a new user.  I would first like to apologize for the prolongly delayed uptime, hence, the apology is for the downtime.  I have been working on this for quite some time as I am new to Joomla! (the new content management system we are using) and I was destined to make this work. 

We will be bringing up the site as soon as I can get all the content working.
