Phantom Hourglass Gets US Release Date

In a recent press release, Nintendo of America announced that The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, the series' debut title on the DS, is slated for a US release date of October 1st of this year. Launching Oct. 1, The Legend of Zelda®: Phantom Hourglass, complete with crisp 3-D cartoon graphics and multiplayer battles over Nintendo® Wi-Fi Connection, marks the debut of the franchise on Nintendo DS™. The game, which was released in Japan on June 23rd, has been getting great review and hands-on impressions. The controls are supposed to work very well, and really create an incredibly unique and enjoyable Zelda title that innovates while still maintaining a classic Zelda-style gameplay experience.
