If you subscribe to Nintendo Power, or renew a subscription, you can choose to recieve the Twilight Princess Guide and Soundtrack CD with your subscription! Check this out:
Be warned, though: The track names are listed on the page, and the they could reveal several locations in the game that you didn't know about. This doesn't seem to be a complete soundtrack, though...
